I finally got the Tempo Tantrum project off the ground again. I found a very melodic bass player and a solid drummer with some good vox to grow this new power trio into something pretty wild! We are busting out some old classics in the Robin Trower genre etc.... My kinda stuff. Feels good to be in a real band again! DM collabs have dried up like an old western ghost town. Just don't feel the DM love like I once did. On a better note, I can't wait to hear "Valleys of Neptune"....Jimi's new album coming out in March! Where has that been all my life?

I am still jammin'....I am still singin'......occasionally writin'....Just need to find the time to be able to record like the musical slut I was created to be...(sigh)
I am open to a new collab if anyone is into it.

Looks like I'll be auditioning some new players here in the next couple of weeks.....Time to play live again....My ears long for the vibration of a bass drum locked in with a melodic bass player. If it works out, all material will be posted accordingly....Wish me luck DMers!

Taking a little break from tones for a while.....I don't want to write a song for the sake of just writing a song....Lots of ideas everywhere everyday...Just letting the old creative soup simmer low for a bit.....Like a great pot of Texas chili in a crockpot,I'll know when to grab a pen and paper again...But I am open for a collab if anyone is interested. I play a mean pair of spoons people! I went on the Gong Show when I was 10 years old and lost playing spoons.....I now play with conviction....Collab anyone?

ok.....new year, new vibes, new material....what else is there? I usually write music from pain. As I find myself with a smile these days, the rules have obviously changed. Time to adapt. As I erase the past, I am open to anything new musically that may or may not lift my little brow of creativity. thanks to the NoSmoKing, I am back online with Cubase and tightly hug the new year and the creative juices that hope to flow. Bring on the new year....I do better in odd years anyway! Thanks to my friends, the future may hold greatness....and it's still all about the music!!!!

It's nice to a....take a step back and look at music in a little different light every now and then. My Firepod is down right now...thus, I am not busting out garbage tracks right now as I have been pretty enthralled with FL8xxl. I hope to get everything working together again soon. But I have recently rediscovered what makes me musically tick. My guitar(s). Wouldn't trade my fretboards for the world. I am finally at peace with this phase of my life. I am thankful for all the Dm nerds that I have gotten to know the past few years. Best of wishes in the coming year and may Dmusic break through to the masses. I'mglad to call this place my home.

I just put a new song up called Lonely Road, some garbage about mushrooms, and a new kids song sung by Maci and her little friends about our dog Myles....More to come soon!!!
